On 17 January, Russian occupants attacked the village of Malyi Burluk, Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, with a guided aerial bomb. Two children were injured as a result of the attack, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Regional Military Administration, during a telethon.
"It was a completely civilian infrastructure, a village council building. Two children were injured. A little boy received a partial amputation of a limb. This is another terror and crime against our Ukrainian people," he said.
The head of the Investigative Department of the National Police of Kharkiv region, Serhiy Bolvinov, said on Facebook that a 14-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy were injured.
"The younger one was seriously injured, according to preliminary data, the child lost a leg. There is no line the enemy will not cross. An ordinary peaceful village, Ukrainian children - Russians are hitting blindly, destroying and killing absolutely everything," the law enforcement officer added.
